PROJECT CHECKLIST

Before sending a job electronically, follow this step-by-step checklist.

• Is the document size correct?
  
  
• Have fonts and supporting art been collected and placed in folders named "Fonts" and "Art/Images"?
  
  
• Are illustrations, logos, etc. set up in CMYK or spot-color format as marked on lasers and provided on disk?
  
  
• Are Pantone/spot colors labeled correctly in the electronic file?
  
  
• Are lasers properly labeled to describe color break and the percentage at which they were output?
  
  
• Are color specs, FPO images, trim size, perforation lines, die lines, foil stamping, embossing and panel folds clearly marked?
  
  
• Are any special instructions clearly detailed on lasers or in an attached memo?
  
  
• Are FPO images clearly labeled?
  
  
• Do bleeds measure 1/8"?
  
  
• Are missing items marked "to come (expected date)?"
  
  
• Have all photos, transparencies and art to be scanned been counted and labeled for placement?
  
  
• Has cropping and sizing information been provided for all images to be scanned?
  
  
• Is color/image manipulation (if needed) clearly described?
  
  
• If files are to be emailed or loaded to an ftp site, have they been compressed?
  
  
• If no lasers are being provided, has a low-res PDF been included with your files?
